All-on-4, All-on-6 & All-on-8 in Costa Rica: a Full Arch of Fixed Teeth.

How it works

4, 6, or 8 implants. One decision: yours and your surgeon's.

Four implants can support a full fixed arch in many cases. More anchors spread the load when your bone and bite call for it. We plan your case on a 3D CBCT scan, and during your evaluation your surgeon walks you through the options (4, 6, or 8 implants) and their trade-offs, so together you choose the configuration that will last for your specific case, not the one that is easiest to sell.

Your new teeth are designed and made in our own lab, in the same building, so adjustments happen chairside instead of waiting weeks on an outside lab.

Common questions

All-on-X FAQ

What is the difference between All-on-4, All-on-6, and All-on-8?

The number of implants supporting your fixed arch. More implants distribute chewing force over more anchors. Your 3D scan and your surgeon determine the right number for your bone and bite.

How fast can I have fixed teeth?

In most cases a fixed provisional arch is placed within days of surgery. The final arch is placed after healing, usually on a second visit.

How long do All-on-X restorations last?

The implants are backed by our lifetime warranty. The arch itself is built in zirconia or hybrid acrylic with a titanium bar, materials chosen for durability. Keep in mind that the implants and the fixed arch on top need the same daily care as natural teeth: brushing, flossing, and regular checkups. Skipping proper hygiene is the most common cause of problems around an implant, regardless of the warranty.

Am I a candidate?

Most patients with failing teeth or dentures are. Even with significant bone loss there are options, including subperiosteal implants. A free CT evaluation gives you a clear answer.
